Should I buy a bullhorn and use it with my 25.4 mm quill stem or should buy an adapter and a new stem + a 31.8 mm bullhorn?

Or am I a fool and should I be riding drops? Or drops with a new stem? Or one of the previous ideas but with different parts?


I'm in the Netherlands and I don't want to pay $30 for shipping, so something UK or where-ever else in Europe is preferred.
