That's the Topeak bag that slides onto V-grooves on the rack. A bit pricey but so quick and easy to take on/off. The corresponding Topeak rackin the picture is alloy so i don't think I'd trust it for fully loaded touring, I'll probably go with a Tubus cro-mo setup for that.
When I decided to go for a Tubus rack, mostly because of the look and weight, I checked up their website and found the Norwegian dealer.
Turns out he's not a std. dealer, but one of the owners. Top of luck. He's brother, where he had some racks laying, was living i my town.
So the day after I decided to go for a Tubus, I picked it up a few miles from my place. Saved the shipping time and money.
