Speaking of toast, a leftover meatloaf on toast sandwich could easliy be my last meal. Anyone else use the trick my mom does with meatloaf? A couple of peeled hard boiled eggs in the center; cuts down cooking time, keeping the meat moist, and tastes great. Highly recommended!
