I use Blackburn cycle pants,they keep me warm down to 20*(I don;t ride below that) and never feel the wind.Highly recommend.BUT the pair I have ,there are no pockets or padding.I throw a pair of baggy shorts over them and use the shorts,padding and pockets.This seems like a good place to complain about riding shorts with pockets that don;t have velcro or zippers.I don't know how many times I got my MTB handle bars stuck in the open pockets.
