Why? You sure noticed THAT troubling aspect.

you don't see the relevancy? I do agree, bike lanes are a separate issue. they weren't mandatory in florida until some cyclists began trying to assert their 'claims to the lane'.

The rest of Florida's cyclists really appreciate it.

what is similar is the potential for cyclists attempting to bluntly bulldoze their rights to backfire, badly.
