If Chuck is too grouchy, there's also Cyclart in Vista. The admin office isn't super fast or efficient, but Greg and the crew in the back do excellent, meticulous work.

Thanks for the suggestions! I talked to Chuck and he was extremely helpful. Really nice guy and he took a genuine interest in my cause. I haven't talked to CyclAart but I think I'll talk to them too and see what I can find out. Thanks again.
