The 105 5700 cranks on my 2011 Fuji Roubaix 1.0 (older model of the OP's bike, but better componentry-wise) also have a lapped (read: shiny) part for the bearing seats. It's such a tight fit that the crank has to be hammered out of the bottom bracket bearings.
