IF you don't need the super low or high gears, now would be the time to remedy that with a different cassette. Maybe something like a 12-25/26?
Cranks "shouldn't" be bad yet.
IF you do change them, I'd stick with the same size (or so) rings to avoid having to mess with the FDER.
