Remember, the chianrings will show low and high teeth which is as designed. The teeth on the middle and large ring will have a lot of low spots which are designed to aid in shifting. The small ring usually doesn't have those kind of teeth.
I am very doubtful that you need a crankset, especially considering how few miles you have on your bike even though you are a clyde.
Yes, chainrings can look worn, because they are cut that way intentionally. No need to replace with such low usage.
