A few new french bikes to show

Hi guys,

(Sorry for the bad photos)

I thought i would show you my new bikes i've acquired lately.

First off a beautiful bike from the 1920s with nice geometry!
Just frame and wheels at the moment though.
Wheels size was 700A but with these tyres being rare and expensive i have changed them for 700B wheels.

Bernard Carre custom ordered velo de course with chrome lugs , half forks and half stays.
Reynolds 531 and Campagnolo record mixted with Stronglight and Mafac parts.
The chrome on this bike is in a very bad way , but who cares? It's still a beauty!
The name on the bike is handpainted and really cool.

This next bike is another custom ordered Bernard carre i suspect but i'm not 100% sure.
Super Vitus 971 tubing. Simplex Super LJ , Cinelli bars and stem. Shimano hubs but soon to be replaced with Pelissier 2000 pro hubs.
Stronglight crankset , Stronglight Delta headset , Ideale 2002 saddle with titanium rails. Mafac 2000 gold brakes.

This last one is made by Alain michel who is a famous frame builder here in france.
Reynolds 653 tubing and eventually will be all Shimano 600 tri color.
Nice 80s paint job ;-)
It was raced by a guy who went on to be a mechanic in one of the big french tour teams.
