I dont know really, might just be me screwing up the metric>inches conversion(I live in sweden) but I'm 182cm, I think thats 5'9" and pedal reach is no problem at all.. There are some room to lower the saddle but I like being able to stretch my legs when pedaling according to the words by Sheldon. I do think it's the image angle playing tricks, making the frame proportions skewed. Top tube is 55cm c/c for sure. Again, thanks for all compliments, and maybe some more images on
