I've been riding in crappy weather for a while living here in western Washington, but this week it got really nice out. 60's and sunny. Well I was out on a nice 40 mile loop ride and broke a spoke and had to limp home with a wobbly rear rim. I took it to my LBS and figured I may as well get a full tune up while it's in there. Now I won't get the bike back until Wednesday. So much for a week of beautiful weather riding.
I'm considering buying some better wheels. This is the second time I've broken a rear spoke. Those Velocity Deep V's are looking pretty good right now!
