I have been riding Continental Gatorskins 700x23 on all my bikes since 2006 and I average 1-2 flats per year, riding year round including commuting. I ride old country back roads, fresh pavement and long sections of glass and debris.

Two years ago a bike came to me with Schwabble blizzard tires, they were brand new. The previous owner put them on to sell the bike. First time out, 5 miles into the ride I hit a rock and it ripped a hole in the side wall. I went home put a worn out pair of Gatorskins on and had no more problems.
