Well I sort of agree, but it's a job. My job is to make things out of metal, her job is to look pretty and be part of the podium ceremony. It's okay to want to be pretty, and it's okay to accept a job that's being offered to you. It's not like she's wearing lingerie, she's wearing nothing more 'sexy' than lots of women do walking down main street/Robson/Granville (in Van).

It's not okay to grab someone who doesn't want to be grabbed.

It's certainly worthwhile to wonder why the job exists in the first place though.
