Mountain biking = modern gear.

Road = modern gear most of the time with the exception of crochet gloves sometimes (they last longer with the full leather palms) and I often wear merino tops, I would like to get some Merino shorts/tights in the future, but fore now the good ol' synthetics are good with better wind and water protection. I occasionally wear a vintage knit jersey of which I have acrylic and wool, but merino beats the course knit of the vintage jerseys hands down for body temperature regulation and moisture control. Merino is simply amazing. I have one long sleeve and one short sleeve Sugoi Wallaroo jersey and I love them.
