Cycling.TV is decent, but they often don't show races in North America that are offered by Universal Sports or Versus, so you're still a bit limited. It seems that with streaming technology and smart TVs it should be pretty simple to set up some kind of buffet of services for a reasonable price. The Eurovision torrent was fine coverage (Sean Kelly is fun to listen to), but it was crappy quality video.
As for Sagan - I think he's suffering from spoiled, privledged, elite athlete syndrome. Hopefully this latest kerfluffle helps him mature a bit.
