There is a relatively new product on the market- it is a helmet that has front and rear lights incorporated into it. A lot of people tend to dismiss them due to the lack of ventilation- http://www.torchapparel.com/

fietsbob also referenced the B&M Topfire and of a similar concept (but different execution) would be the Fire Eye light.
