I'm 5'2", petite. When I was getting my bike, I tried a whole bunch at an LBS. The most comfortable was Raleigh Venture 3.0. I think the newer versions are out now.

NOTE: The default tires are 1.95, nice, thick and comfortable. Not fast at all. They will provide a very safe and stable leisurely ride, but if speed is of any concern - these tires are NOT it.
