I wasnt in any fitness state and do find every ride hard even when I do so many recovery seems to take longer than did before. Take recovery,hydrate energy supplements and will this week start on Creatine
I am a memeber of a gym and take part in at least 4 classes a week consisting of pretty much everything.
Hate riding in the cold hence havent ridden for 4 months should be starting soon. Have a TACX Fortius indoor setup but just doent do it for me.
Should say that I have not lost any weight but seem to have gained muscle
