Yup, Look like rebranded Zefal Lock 'n' Roll skewers.

Personally, I roll with "Pinhead" locking skewers (Pinhead makes the Onguard 'keyed' skewers), cables and a U-lock. 1 cable for front wheel, 1 cable for expensive S A leather saddle, and U-lock to anchoring object, frame and rear wheel. But admit that Pinheads or Pitlocks are prohibitive for anyone with budgetary issues.
