7 years going and still the most beautiful hybrid on this planet.
(i have the geared version with full ultegra compact and shimano hydraulics)

that's a cool bike, but that's not a belt drive. does it have a frame break for belt conversion? and it looks like tension is achieved via an add-on chain tensioner, i don't believe those work with belts. you need either sliding rear drops or an EBB to run a belt/IGH/disc brake set-up.
