A guy walked up to my alley garage with a 20" rim in one hand and a foam tire insert in the other. We worked an hour to wrestle it in place. It would have taken 1/2 hour, but he insisted on staying to help. Got a 6-pack in payment which I immediately downed.

Don't think the kid ever rode the bike 100 yards.
