Purpleextreme.com has a video of how to wash your bike, I do it that way, very easy, takes about 10 min. I'd never use a high pressure hose around anything with grease and bearings btw. If you've ever been to the hotter'n hell hundred and had your bike washed by the folks out front the day before the ride(a great thing to do btw while you are in the trade show) that's exactly how they do it.
