you are all wrapped up in what you weigh. get a bike that people recommend here (and maybe, maybe, some stronger rims) and you'll find that basically any frame in the fixed-gear category, at your price point (not carbon fiber, not an exotic track bike that may actually have wt limits, in terms of flex but not breakage, even then) will hold you up.
you say you weigh 295. i weighed 280 when i got my kilo; now i weigh 250. at no point was i worried about the frame or even the stock rims.
pick out a [forum recommended] bike and just go ride.
