I see nowhere on this site anything resembling cycling glasses that can be fitted with bifocal/progressive lenses. Won't work for me, but if you don't need bifocals there are a few frame styles available. Don't forget two cardinal rules: (1) there ain't no such thing as a free lunch; (2) you get what you pay for.
