That was only for the century i guess I wouldn't recommend that for everyday riding, after that I started tucking them into a pair of big wool socks that fit perfectly in an old pair of oversized carnac shoes I have. Since then I have become quite the elitist when it comes to garments. I have this pair of specialized cold weather tights but they are a bit constrictive to leg movement, the baggy pants offer a feeling of more freedom.
I tried on a pair of Specialized winter tights and they fit like a wet suit and didn't breathe at all. I have no doubt they would be warm, but I wore them for no more than a minute or two and my legs were already sweaty. They wouldn't have been a good choice for something that you wanted to be able to take off trail side if the weather warmed up.
