It's not looking too promising from those pics. I'm not sure exactly what to tell you as you've said that you weren't going to ride on harsh pavement, but later said that you like aggresive riding. If you are looking to ride aggressively off road, you'll need something more burly than that Cannondale. If you don't want to ride on rough roads, it will be fine. Either way, you may want to flip your rear brake's quick release before you ride.
