Avg Moving Speed: 16.4 mph
Max Speed: 28.7 mph

Elapsed time is certainly the time from when I hit start until I stopped the timer when I got home, with an 8.5 hour interval of work. commuting to and from work included quite a bit of 'pause' time which is not reflected here. So once again, what is 'Time' and 'Moving Time'?
