I think last weekend was the first time I'd had spanish chorizo. Went to a nice little cafe and one of their brunch specials was 3 scrambled eggs with chorizo, goat cheese, and arugula with a size of toasted focaccia. I was expecting a scramble with ground chorizo, so when it came as sort of a disk of egg with these salami-looking slices on it with a square of seasoned goat cheese on top, I was like "what the hell?", but it was so good. Will have to look more into this spanish chorizo stuff.
