I loved the Foil. Much stiffer than the S2. A bit rougher over bad pavement I suppose, but there isn't too much of that, and my perception was that if anything the Foil rides better than the Addict, not worse. I read a bunch of reviews, and only one really complained about the ride, this stuff is so utterly subjective. The only bike I ever had that was really uncomfortably stiff at all was a Cannondale CAAD 3 aluminum bike, and even that bike never bothered me much, I liked it.
