A word of warning (I'll probably start a thread about this): This past week I was off. The temperatures crept up first to the high 40's, then the low 60's, then the low 70's. After limited riding this year, I rode a bunch last week.
Now I can barely walk because of plantar fascism. And today it's in the low 80's
