I've had a Speed Uno for a few years now and yesterday, I noticed that there's now a silver bolt (well, not even a bolt, really... it looks like more of a sleeve of some sort) slipping out from the hinge that the handlebar is on (apologies for the blurry picture, it was taken quickly):



I pushed it back in place, and today it was slipping back out again. I looked on both sides of it to see if there's any screw or nut or anything to hold it in position, and it appears that there's no way to tighten it that I can see. Anyone know if there's any sort of connector that fell off, or anything else that can be done to prevent this?
