Congratulations, Bikey Mikey. That's an accomplishment to be proud of. Now . . . continue to ride double your age in miles within a few weeks of every birthday you have from now on out. For me, this August I'll be doing 124 miles/200km.

I rode my first double-century in 1969 as part of the San Diego bi-centennial. That was one tough ride! Double-metric centuries are easily accomplished, not double imperial centuries. Not sure if I'd have the courage to tackle another one of those.
