I just saw that Bike Gallery in Portland has some 2010 Trek Portland frame sets available for $199 (and a couple of 2011's for $249). I'd guess that they'd be willing to ship them.

I'm not affiliated in any way with Bike Gallery. I just know a few people here were disappointed by the demise of the Trek Portland and so I thought I'd pass along the information.
