For starters it is about 3.3 miles (I think) so the "Hill" comes around more often than in CP. I haven't actually ridden my new road bike in Central Park yet so I don't know how fast I'd go. on my MTB/Hybrid I recall averaging around 15mph for perhaps 4 laps on a good day.

I am not going to do too much extra riding this week since I have no idea how I'm going to feel on the century. Though I am probably getting concerned over nothing. Perhaps if you have time tomorrow around 6:30 in CP that could work. I'd probably be up for 4 laps before heading back to Brooklyn.
