Too much for a frame set with a dent, that is a stress riser started and even though the new alloys are very good this is still not good on an aluminum frame (6061 alloy I believe,) regardless of the location of the dent. There have been better prices on CAAD9 framesets lately on eBay, watch there with putting in a "Watch" for that particular frameset, with or without the fork. Best of luck in finding a CAAD9 they are great frames.
