I absolutely love the ride of this frame. I bought the frameset only and moved over all of my own components, night and day from the specialized I was riding. It's an amazing bike. Perhaps instead of having it painted, I'd try and trade it for a black frame. The raw frames seem to garner a lot of attention, just behind black frames. I'm sure you could find someone to switch you.
That is, unless you want to go for some crazy custom paint job that isn't stock on CAAD10s, in which case I'd try to find a not-as-well-liked frame color and have it painted over.
