craaaaaaaap. so yeah, after my fall/high speed car chase last month i took 4 weeks off from riding and fell outta shape a bit. after many x-rays and an MRI i was told i just had a bruised bone, so i've been riding this week. i'm getting back in the swing pretty quickly, but i did a 20 mile yesterday and my injured palm/wrist was killing me. don't think there's any way i could do the century
