Well, that didn't work out the way I expected.

Big time burnout from double century on 3/23 + some kind of virus last weekend (only got well enough to ride on Wednesday), only 90 or so miles between 3/23 and today, a flat less than an hour into the ride, then overshooting the first sticker stop and having to backtrack. Final time 11:30. I guess it beats last year's 11:52 on a shorter course, but still.
