I have an Oster beehive blender, loud, but reliable.

This is my breakfast...

1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 coconut milk (more or less)
tblsp raw sunflower butter (there's also a few almonds in it)
1 scoop protein powder (50% casein/50% pea protein)
1 banana
frozen blueberries, not a lot

I'm a big fan of fresh juices. Get one of those cheap orange juicers,
fresh OJ is great. I also make smoothies with other fruit. Mango/pineapple/coconut milk is a fave.
