TCS it seems you have a chip on your shoulder about your Tikit. I would be on the phone with BF and ask what the delay was at getting it fixed. It would be a much better use of your time than whining about it here. All your quoting laws etc. is not getting yout Tikit fixed and to me makes it sound like a like boy who didn't who didn't get his way. Maybe you are not whining but that is what looks like to me and I am sure others. Once you get it fixed sell the bike and it will no longer be your problem. Also sell it now if it bothers you so much. Big Brother is not going to arrest you for doing so. BF will fix it for the new owner. I have bought used cars and have had recalls done on them with no cost to me. If you are worried about it just make it clear to the Tikit owner that he/she needs to get the repair done and he/she should contact BF about how to go about it. You don't seem to like BF and that is your right as there are many other choices in bicycles out there for you. Roger
