There used to be a product called "Girdle Glide." It was an aerosol spray containing Teflon and was used to facilitate ...Er...tight clothing (no, really). I have a can of it that is so old the propellant is exhausted. I used it in lab experiments.
It would have made a great tire mounting assist.
