I hope you listen to Stan's good advice. If your pant leg...presuming its pant leg length and not cycling inseam...there is a difference...is 31.xx inches, you sure don't need a 61cm Roubaix with 245mm head tube to achieve bars level with your saddle...even with flat or slammed inverted stem. Plus, you will likely be too stretched out on a 61. This is why I encouraged you to use the discipline of the CC on line fit calculator.
A top end bike like a Roubaix SL4 that doesn't fit well isn't really a bike worth owning.
