Give it a shot of penetrating oil. Make sure you are turning the right direction. Turn harder. If notches break out of freewheel, or you hose tool....well, that happens too.
Thanks, I'll try the penetrating oil. I was hoping that by using the vice and seating the tool with the skewer that it would keep the tool from ruining itself. Oh well.
