Wow, this thread has come alive again: another participant.

More on this bike. I hadn't looked at the parts for awhile, buried as they are in boxes. I see that there's a Campy pump bracket for seat tube mounting, kind of nice. I also see that the original Sedis NON-narrow chain is there. However, I just scored a NOS Regina Extra from Boulder Bicycle on Ebay (along with the authentic Regina 2-prong freewheel remover, one of the few tools I don't own. Back in the day, I went from 5 speeds to 6 and gave up the Regina chain for a Sedisport I never again had that crisp shifting. I'm sure this is why indexed systems became necessary as the gear counts went up. Not that I would know much about that--never owned an index system.
