Hi, It sounds like you found a really old one. The K7 would be late 1930's but the "goose neck" seat post and rod brakes on drop bars would be much older. Around 1910. I think I remember seeing a model you describe but I am not sure. How is the frame constructed? Are the lugs cut at all ? do the seat stays bolt/rivet or weld on?

Does it have a regular steering head or a head clip (clamp on ) stem?

What type of shifter?

Chrome is found as early as 1925 and nickel plate would be earlier. I hope you can get some photos posted.
