Just ride through it, i rode through 28 Inch deep water! to the point it was over my tire!, it is challenging but possible. Put it in to a really low gear and floor it but be consistent.

that guy, but the whole reason they tell you not to drive through a flooded road in your car - wouldn't that go double if you were on a bike?
