I had a 1999 Schwinn Peleton w/ 853 tubes and a carbon fork. Very similar in looks to the Paramount but it was not lugged. This one looks like it is lugged. I liked the way the 853 rode but the top tube was just too long for me. This Paramount has a longer top tube than seat tube. Something to consider on your sizing and listen to Thrifty Bill. You could put $1000 into it and end up with a bike that is worth much less. $85 is too much IMO for shipping a frame.
