I've been on the other end, me and some friends were carrying guns, and came across a dirt biker. (The dirt biker was actually on our property). Where we shoot, there is a really big hill right there, so it is safe. We talked to the biker, and he was a nice guy. We told him it would take about 10 minutes for us to get setup, so he did a few more laps, and talked to us before he left I really don't mind if he is on our property, so we kicked him out that day, but told him he is welcome back anytime. Only after he left did we unpack the guns and start shooting. So I don't really think too much of a person with a gun, but I would want to know exactly where they are shooting, and where their backstop is. The problem you have is when a person doesn't have a suitable backstop and doesn't know where their bullets are going. This isn't a problem for a responsible shooter, but everybody may not be responsible.
