If you have a threaded mid fork rack mount but do not use a low rider rack with panniers, you can make a light mount that threads into that braze on fitting. I used a short section of a wooden broom handle, drilled a hole through it and used a long M5 bolt with some lock washers. The broom handle was the right diameter to accept a handlebar mounted light.
If you do not have the mid fork fittings, you can use the fender mount but that puts your light pretty low.
Or if you do not want a chunk of wood sticking out of the side of your bike, you can buy a Paul Gino light mount. Do a internet search to find it.
